William M. Lyons
William M. Lyons was admitted to the California Bar in January 1969 after obtaining his J.D. degree from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in June 1968. He was a Professor of Law at his alma mater as well as a criminal defense lawyer, handling 8 death penalty jury trials and a total of 25 murder trials. He was also an Administrative Law Judge for 10 years, hearing cases involving disability applications for the Sacramento County Employees Retirement System.
